This package is for homeowners who are wanting to tackle the project themselves but are looking to obtain professional design advice to solidify the design direction.

E-Design Package

Our e-design packages are a great way to get a designer look for less.

Starting with a 1-hour in home consultation, we then provide suggested room layout, furniture pieces, window treatment recommendation, decor piece suggestions and provide you with all the online links and descriptions on what exactly to purchase. Making the implementation into your own home seamless and easy.

Kitchen & Bath Design

Customized to your project, East of Urban Interiors will create a

design tailored to be functional for your lifestyle while capturing

your design style that brings your dream space to reality.

We will take care of almost everything from design,

millwork installation, countertops, finish selection,

hardware selection and appliance/plumbing suggestions.

*minimum budget for kitchen renovations starting at $65,000

*minimum budget for bathroom renovation starting at $40,000

Layout Design, Space Planning and/or Furniture/Finish Selection

At East of Urban Interiors, we pride ourselves on creating not only beautiful spaces, but ones that function properly making your home a true reflection of you.
This design package will start with a consultation that will allow us to review your project and wish list. We will then come up with a personalized layout and provide you/your contractor with a design set they can refer to during the renovation.
